Role Description The Financial Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mobile, AL. This position is responsible for meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, analyzing their current financial situation, and developing customized strategies for insurance, investments, retirement, and overall financial planning. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, presenting financial recommendations, implementing solutions, and conducting regular reviews to adjust strategies as needs change. The Financial Representative will also engage in prospecting, networking, and community outreach to expand their client base, while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high level of service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to design comprehensive, long-term strategies.
- Understanding of Insurance products and their role in protecting individuals, families, and businesses.
- Foundational expertise in Finance and Investments, including risk management and portfolio diversification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance and production goals.
- Previous experience in financial services, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial; relevant licenses (such as life/health insurance and securities licenses) are a plus or may be required.
