Role Description The Client Service Associate – Part-time role is an on-site position located in Gig Harbor, WA, responsible for supporting advisors and providing a positive, efficient experience for clients. Day-to-day tasks include answering client inquiries by phone and email, scheduling meetings, preparing client documents, and maintaining accurate records in firm systems. The role also involves assisting with account openings and transfers, processing basic service requests, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of client needs. The Client Service Associate collaborates with team members, supports office operations, and upholds the firm’s standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Experience in Customer Support and Communication, including clear phone, email, and in-person communication with diverse clients.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance or wealth management concepts, with the ability to learn firm processes and terminology.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
