This is a full-time, on-site role based in Antioch, CA, for an Armed Mobile Patrol Officer. The role includes patrolling assigned areas, responding promptly to security incidents, conducting thorough inspections, writing detailed incident reports, and ensuring the safety and security of clients and their properties. The officer will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with relevant personnel to uphold a secure environment.
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in security operations, patrol procedures, and crisis response protocols.
- Demonstrated ability in clear report writing and effective verbal communication.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations, legal guidelines, and customer service excellence.
- Capability to assess situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Current guard card and firearm permit required; prior law enforcement, military, or security experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including day, swing, and overnight (graveyard) shifts.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
