Job Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to children ages 3–10 in a clinic setting
- Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
- Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support communication goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Help foster a fun, engaging, and enriching learning environment
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
- Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Previous experience or familiarity with young children with Autism
- Energetic people with a passion to help children and families overcome large obstacles
- A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potential
- A valid driver's license
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
