Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Course Registrar (Part-Time) to support USSF CFC ISR training operations at Peterson Space Force Base. This role provides administrative and training coordination support across multiple intelligence training courses.
The Course Registrar ensures accurate student enrollment, scheduling, training records management, and coordination between instructors and Government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student enrollment and course registration activities
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance documentation
- Coordinate course scheduling and classroom/resource allocation
- Track student completion data and support reporting requirements
- Serve as liaison between instructors, students, and Government training managers
- Maintain course rosters and training documentation in accordance with program standards
- Support administrative execution of SWIFT, ASTRO, MPC, and related courses
- Provide general program administrative support to instructional staff
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience in training administration, registrar functions, or program coordination
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting military or government training programs
- Familiarity with intelligence or defense environments
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
