Commercial Hvac Service Technician

We are hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join a well-established and growing service team supporting commercial clients throughout the Greater Pittsburgh and Washington, PA area. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. This includes working on RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRF/VRV systems, and cooling towers, as well as performing equipment start-ups and system checks for new installations. You will regularly communicate with customers, including building owners and property managers, to explain service findings and provide recommendations. Accurate documentation of work performed is expected, along with coordination with internal office staff and vendors to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in a commercial HVAC environment and is confident in troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or industrial equipment. A strong professional mindset is important, along with the ability to work well within a team while also operating independently in the field. Reliability, consistency, and clear communication are essential. EPA Universal certification is preferred, but candidates with the right experience and attitude will be considered. A valid driver’s licJnse with a clean driving record is required.
