Job Description
• Is this position remote or in person? In person
• What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Provide mostly in person/deskside support with limited remote support. Image and configure Windows and Mac devices for new hires – install necessary applications based on department specific applications and use SCCM and JAMF to image computers. Troubleshoot: VPN connectivity, Office applications, Windows and Mac certificates, provide meeting support when requested
