What are the responsibilities and job description for the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST position at STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS (SSP)?

Qualifications:GS -09 :Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing budget formulation and execution by compiling financial data, reviewing funding requests, and tracking obligations and expenditures using established procedures to support accurate budget estimates and proper use of authorized funds.
GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing financial management work utilizing financial management systems to budget and execute funding in accordance with regulations (Examples of work performed may include generating funding documents, reviewing and approving procurement actions in accordance with regulations, generating budgets and related execution plans, and/or providing management funds status updates and recommendations)

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree

Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
