We are seeking a senior-level IT Transformation Program Manager who has successfully led large enterprise modernization programs involving ERP and financial systems transformation. The company is specifically looking for someone who can take ownership of a highly visible enterprise initiative focused on modernizing financial systems, improving governance, aligning business and IT teams, and driving execution across multiple departments.
This is not a standard Project Manager role. The ideal candidate must have experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with executive-level visibility, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and building governance structures that keep large initiatives on track.
The primary focus of this role is helping the organization transition from legacy financial systems such as PeopleSoft into Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials while improving operational efficiency, reporting, program governance, and enterprise collaboration.
The client wants someone who can:
- Lead enterprise transformation programs from planning through execution
- Work directly with executives, business leaders, PMOs, and IT teams
- Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams across the organization
- Create governance frameworks, reporting structures, and execution plans
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges before they impact timelines
- Drive accountability and alignment across business and technology teams
- Keep large-scale modernization initiatives moving efficiently and strategically
The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, strategic, comfortable in fast-moving enterprise environments, and experienced in managing large transformation initiatives with executive stakeholders.
Candidates who have led Oracle Cloud ERP transformations, enterprise financial modernization programs, or large-scale enterprise PMO initiatives will stand out immediately.
