Strategic Support Solutions is seeking a meticulous and analytical Aviation Maintenance Records Analyst. This critical role is the cornerstone of our client's safety and compliance program. You will be the lead investigator for the maintenance histories of high-value corporate aircraft, ensuring every record is accurate, compliant, and complete.

Your Mission: The Story in the Records
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of aircraft maintenance data, from initial audit to final reporting. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Forensic Logbook Audits: Conduct comprehensive reviews of aircraft logbooks and maintenance records for corporate jets, verifying the accuracy and completeness of every entry.
- Compliance & Data Analysis: Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, pinpoint discrepancies, and ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and Part 145 repair station standards.
- Digital Records Management: Master our digital record-keeping systems to expertly input, verify, and manage all maintenance data with precision.
- Technical Library Curation: Maintain and organize a library of technical publications, service bulletins, and FAA-approved data.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare detailed reports on your findings for internal and client review, and collaborate directly with maintenance and engineering teams at to resolve any discrepancies.
- Configuration Management: Track and document the complete history of aircraft, components, and modifications to support airworthiness and configuration control.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in aviation maintenance administration, records management, or a related technical data role.
- An expert eye for detail with the ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks with unwavering accuracy.
- A strong understanding of aviation maintenance programs, terminology, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in analyzing technical data and using maintenance-related information systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced repair station environment.
Preferred Qualifications (We Strongly Encourage Veterans to Apply):
We have found that candidates with a background in military aviation maintenance administration excel in this role. Direct experience in one of the following (or a similar) specialty is highly desired:
- U.S. Navy/Marine Corps: Aviation Maintenance Administrationman (AZ), Aviation Maintenance Data Specialist (6046)
- U.S. Air Force: Maintenance Management Analysis (2R0X1), Aviation Resource Management (1C0X2)
- U.S. Army: Aviation Operations Specialist (15P)
Additional valuable experience includes:
- Familiarity with FAA Part 145 regulations.
- Experience with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).
- An Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license is a significant plus.
- Direct experience with maintenance records for corporate aircraft (e.g., Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, Cessna).
