Senior UX Researcher

W2 Rate - $82-84/hr
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with leadership.
- 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquires, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies).
- Ability to transform findings and data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executives and cross-functional partners.
Day to Day
- Plan and carry out custom research using various methods.
- Study both user behavior and opinions.
- Collaborate with design, product, content, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Share findings in clear and engaging ways.
- Work with product and business teams to choose research topics.
- Provide expert guidance on research and advocate for users.
- Manage research projects, set priorities, and deliver key insights in fast-changing situations.
- Produce insights that guide new ideas and evaluate designs.
