Strategic Staffing Solutions has an immediate need for several Senior UX Designers for a 12 month contract for a banking client.

Role Overview
Seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to collaborate within high-performing, cross-organizational teams to enhance Member experiences across digital products. This role focuses on ideation, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity design solutions in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. The designer will contribute across multiple product teams within a large-scale program at various stages of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define business problems and translate them into clear design requirements.
- Generate ideas, create prototypes, and deliver high-fidelity design solutions.
- Facilitate and participate in design sessions with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
- Support end-to-end design efforts from discovery through delivery.
- Synthesize and apply research findings throughout the design process.
- Create cohesive, intuitive, and accessible Member experiences.
- Present design work clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure designs align with risk management and compliance requirements.
Top Skills Required (in order of importance)
- Human-Centered Design Application (4 years)
- Ability to apply human-centered design principles and methods to create solutions aligned with user needs.
- UX Best Practices & Interaction Design (4 years)
- Working understanding of website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability.
- UI Design for Responsive & Native Applications (4 years)
- Experience designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android).
Technology & Tools
- Figma (required; advanced features such as Auto Layout)
- Experience working with a mature Design System
- Jira (experience is a plus)
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build consensus among diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant digital product design experience.
- Design research execution is not required; however, candidates must be able to synthesize and apply research insights effectively.
Salary : $48 - $52
