Experience
- 10 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development
- Hands-on, production-level experience with AWS Connect
- AWS Connect implementation, development, and configuration
- Recent AWS experience
- Application design, development, implementation, and integration
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Complex application integration
- Technical design specifications
- Application development and support
- Complex software development projects
Required Technology

Education
- Bachelor s degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline
- Experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor s degree

- Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and review technical design specifications
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
