This person will be leading and contributing to a strategic reset of ServiceNow Platform. We are starting over with a new greenfield instance following ServiceNow best practices and standards for out of the box configuration where possible to reduce technical debt as well as following the Common Service Data Model. Has the following modules that will be re-built and enabled during this effort: ITSM, On-call Module, Platform Analytics, Employee Center, Collaborative Work Management, Integrations, SAM, HAM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Business Continuity, GRC/IRM (Vendor Risk Management), NowAssist for ITSM, Virtual Agent.
Top Skills: Technical expertise on ServiceNow platform. Attention to detail. Good communication.
