Job Title: Infrastructure Analyst
Location Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Hybrid (2 3 days onsite), M TH 4x10 schedule
Duration 12 months

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize critical Linux-based systems within a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Linux administration, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and configuration management tools. This role supports a critical operations group, requiring candidates to complete in-processing at Kings Mountain and meet 10 CFR Part 810 compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, administer, and maintain Linux-based systems and servers, including installation, configuration, patching, and ongoing optimization.
- Support planning, development, and deployment of enterprise Linux infrastructure and related technologies.
- Collaborate closely with development, engineering, and operations teams to enhance system reliability, availability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, application, and performance issues.
- Deploy, configure, and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes.
- Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity management.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
- Demonstrated Kubernetes deployment and operational experience.
- Experience monitoring and optimizing Elasticsearch clusters for performance, resiliency, and scale.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with critical operational teams.
Additional Requirements
- Must comply with DE 10 CFR Part 810 (export-controlled information).
- Must complete in-processing at Kings Mountain due to critical group requirements.
- Hybrid schedule: 2 3 days onsite at Huntersville, NC.
- Work schedule: 4x10 (Mon Thu).
- Not a nuclear-badged role.
