Acts as a liaison between development group and business units for the development and implementation of new automations and enhancement of existing automations
Evaluates new automation requests, identifies business requirements, and recommends appropriate automation alternatives and / or enhancements to current automations
Key Skills Include :
Creative self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills required to enable appropriate documentation of knowledge and sharing of lessons learned for medium-complexity projects
Proven analytical skills, ability to synthesize unstructured information to support decision-making, being well-organized; and applying robust time-management skills
Ability to facilitate meetings and work effectively with other teams to interview process owners and elicit basic to moderate business requirements
Exhibits strong analytical skills to evaluate, with supervision, product development to ensure changes meet business requirements
Sufficient experience to support small to medium complexity projects with some degree of supervision, including tracking issues, managing action items, and analyzing, identifying, and recommending solutions to eliminate problems, improve user effectiveness, and improve automation accuracy
Education :
Bachelors Degree
