Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Excel, CSV, and other structured sources.
Create and maintain data models, relationships, and DAX calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to identify key metrics, visual requirements, and report structures.
Validate and test dashboards for accuracy, functionality, and usability.
Develop user-friendly visualizations aligned with accessibility and branding guidelines.
Assist in preparing documentation and training materials for end-users.
Optimize performance and refresh processes for recurring data updates.
Required Qualifications
3 years of professional experience developing dashboards and data models using Microsoft Power BI.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles, DAX, Power Query, and ETL processes.
Experience working with Excel- or CSV-based datasets and integrating multiple data sources.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting government, court, or research programs.
Familiarity with Tableau-to-Power BI migration or dashboard redesign projects.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and access control best practices.
