Experienced Security Supervisor (Outdoor Post)

We are seeking multiple experienced, Full Time - Security Supervisor's to become an integral part of our team for one of our high-profile client's. You MUST have prior security supervisor experience in either a corporate or medical facility to be considered for this opportunity.

Monday through Sunday - Morning & Afternoon shifts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** THIS JOB WILL ENTAIL SUPERVISING AN OUTSIDE POST *** Officers are required to direct in-coming and out-going traffic at pickup area and ensure there are no standing vehicle's.

- Supervisor will ensure staff is always on-time and in proper uniform

- Supervisor will manage officers schedules

- Supervisor will handle coverage for all necessary breaks

- Supervisor will be a liaison between company and client

- Maintain a professional demeanor, always, while aiding any of the following patrons; guests, employees, and visitors

- Respect the privacy, and information of each guest

- Provide a pro-active approach to customer service

- Demonstrate the ability to diplomatically address and control challenging situations

- Monitor the environment, with the ability to detect suspicious and unsafe activity

- Greet guests, visitors, and staff in a professional manner always

- Answer questions and assist all in a customer focused, supportive manner

- Answer all phones in a professional manner (if needed)

- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits

- Know the facility / policies / procedures, and enforce them within the limits of the position

- Perform required patrols of designated areas on foot

- Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate customer requirements

- Follow established emergency action planning and procedures

- Monitor alarms and systems, as required

- Prepare reports on incidents, and suspicious activities, as directed*

- Maintain regular attendance and highest standards of personal appearance

Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the area
- Investigate and report any suspicious behavior or incidents
- Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and clients
- Complete accurate and detailed reports on a daily basis

Qualifications:
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years Security Supervisor experience to be considered for this opportunity.

- MUST be able to work an outside post

- Must have valid driver’s license

- Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent

- Must have a valid security guard license and all necessary credentials

- Strong interpersonal communication skills

- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and integrity

- Must enjoy interacting with a diverse group of people

- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented security role, helpful
