Position Overview
Strategic Security Corp is seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to provide safety and customer service support at a McDonald’s location in Far Rockaway Beach, New York. The guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for customers, employees, and property by performing regular patrols, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct interior patrols throughout the McDonald’s restaurant to maintain visibility and deter disturbances or unwanted behavior.

Monitor activity, identify suspicious or unsafe behavior, and take appropriate action when necessary.

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.

Follow all company policies, site post orders, and safety/security regulations.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.

Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.

Assist law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed.
Requirements

Must hold a valid New York security guard license (required by state law).

Prior security or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to stay alert and observant in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Must be able to work assigned shifts (overnight, weekends, holidays as required).
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while patrolling.
