Strategic Risk Management is seeking skilled and professional Field Inspectors to perform residential property and casualty insurance claim inspections. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable with heights, and capable of managing inspections with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough residential property inspections for insurance claims.
- Safely access roofs, including steep and multi-story structures, using 32 ft. and 40 ft. ladders.
- Capture high-quality photos and precise measurements of all items on a residential property.
- Complete inspection reports accurately and promptly using mobile apps and reporting tools.
- Communicate and collaborate professionally with insurance adjusters on-site and virtually.
- Ensure inspections are closed out quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly.
Requirements
- Experience with property inspections, construction, roofing, or insurance-related work preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights and accessing steep roofs.
- Personable, professional, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting 32 ft. and/or 40 ft. ladders.
- Inspectors must provide their own gear (ladders, safety equipment, measuring tools, iPhone, etc.).
