Role Description
This is an on-site part-time role for a Retail Merchandiser located in Brunswick, GA. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for stocking and arranging products, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, maintaining strong relationships with retail store staff, and reporting inventory and sales data. Additional responsibilities include implementing promotional setups and identifying opportunities to optimize product placement for increased sales.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with store staff and team members.
- Experience in Retail operations and Inventory management.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support promotional initiatives and product placement.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure merchandising standards are met.
- Physical capability to handle light lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
