Duties/Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and provide leadership to warehouse associates.
- Work with supervisors and other leadership to ensure customer shipments are received and processed correctly into warehouse inventory.
- Perform general warehouse functions such as product selection, bin changes and assist with other areas as needed.
- Maintain rack areas.
- Pick and ship customer orders.
- Unload, pallet, wrap, and store product.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts.
- Practice and promote workplace safety.
- Maintain good communication with leadership, peers, and warehouse associates.

The gross hourly wage is $18.85.
Qualifications:- Minimum of one year of experience performing warehouse functions such as receiving, order fulfilment, and inventory control.
- Minimum of six months experience leading a team.
- Minimum of six months experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally work in an unregulated temperature (hot or cold) environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Works well with others and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, such as a standup forklift, sit -down forklift and electric pallet jacks.
