Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Information Systems team and contribute to the ongoing development of our Unified Management Portal. This custom-built business logic platform integrates with multiple divisions and ERP systems—including Oracle E-Business Suite, mobile applications, and other enterprise tools—to support critical business functions such as routing, inventory management, and order processing.
The ideal candidate will bring full-stack development experience, a strong grasp of enterprise data workflows, AI/ML experience, and a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Kotlin(Java), PL/SQL and modern frameworks.
- Execute on both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on modules such as routing, inventory replenishment, shrink tracking, and account setup.
- Optimize performance in high-volume processing environments.
- Manage deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
- Integrate with services hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Monitor system performance and resolve production issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide level-of-effort estimates, and contribute to DevOps pipelines.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- 10 years of full-stack development experience with a strong backend focus and UI development skills.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and PL/SQL.
- Deep understanding of Oracle database architecture and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably OCI or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies.
- 2 years of hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) in a professional software development workflow.

- Python development experience.

The gross salary range is $130,000 - $140,000 plus and excellent benefits package and bonus opportunity. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
