Position Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analysis of foreign states’ and non-state actors’ ability to mislead an adversary through manipulation, distortion, or falsification of evidence.
- Analyze adversarial attempts to control or shape what U.S. intelligence collection assets and efforts observe and acquire.
- Assess foreign activities and programs designed to impair, degrade, or neutralize the effectiveness of U.S. intelligence collection across intelligence disciplines.
- Conduct research, develop intelligence assessments, and support intelligence briefings based on mission requirements.
- Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate complex information from multiple sources.
- Identify intelligence gaps and recommend or submit collection requirements to help close those gaps.
- Produce written intelligence assessments and briefings for tactical, operational, and strategic consumers.
- Support peer reviews and coordination of intelligence products.
- Maintain awareness of assigned portfolios and relevant foreign capabilities, activities, and trends.
- Collaborate with counterparts across MCIA and the Intelligence Community to support mission requirements.
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to work on-site at Quantico, VA.
- Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis.
- Experience with military deception, denial and deception, foreign military capabilities, or related intelligence problem sets.
- Ability to evaluate multiple sources of information and develop supportable analytic judgments.
- Ability to identify intelligence gaps and support collection requirement development.
- Ability to produce clear written assessments, reports, briefings, and analytic products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Approximately 8 or more years of experience related to the labor category.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Recent experience supporting DoD, Marine Corps, MCIA, or Intelligence Community missions.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community analytic standards and production processes.
