What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal - Workers' Compensation position at Strategic Recruitment Solutions?

- Have prior workers' comp and/or insurance defense experience
- Make a professional presentation and have a "make it happen" type of persona
- Enjoy working as a contributing member of a litigation team
- Have paralegal certification (although noncertified paralegals with prior relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply)
- Have strong billing skills
