- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents with precision in state and federal court
- TOTAL proficiency in E Filing for both state and federal courts
- Work effectively on a server-based system and handle tech-related tasks between multiple platforms simultaneously
- Demonstrate mastery with Apple office programs (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and Dropbox
- Proven litigation experience and superior trial support skills
- Collaborate with team members to manage case preparation, from discovery to trial
- Paralegal Certificate or degree in Legal Studies preferred
