Front Desk Receptionist

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming communications
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and polished front office experience
- Manage scheduling, conference room bookings, and attorney calendars as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and file management
- Provide support to legal assistants and administrative staff as needed
