Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This position supports daily operational activities, including organizing client documentation, maintaining internal records, and helping ensure that workflows are efficient and compliant with company procedures. The Operations Assistant will coordinate schedules, assist with client inquiries, prepare reports, and support the Operations Management team in executing firm-wide processes. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across departments, consistent follow-through on tasks, and proactive identification of opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client service.
