Position Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair automated car wash systems at customer locations. You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure optimal system performance—all while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair car wash equipment and related systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently, both on-site and remotely.
- Provide preventive maintenance and timely service to minimize customer downtime.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Complete accurate service documentation, including reports, expense logs, and maintenance records.
- Train customers on equipment operation and safety best practices.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company service vehicle.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in a related field such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automotive, welding, or industrial equipment service.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or Equipment Installer preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service schedules efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within the region.
