We are pleased to partner with our largest client, AT&T to expand our community awareness programs to our newest office in Corona and then throughout the southern California region in 2022.
The position available is for a dependable AT&T Direct Sales Representative to be trained in our rapidly growing Corona office. In this role, you will receive pre-qualified leads from AT&T for prospective and current customers. You will then be responsible for meeting directly with those consumers, assessing their needs for internet services and AT&T coverage, and then providing satisfying solutions with the newest internet technology!
Direct Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customer household needs and budgeting
Present, Promote and sell AT&T products and services to prospective customers
Explain in detail the advantages and usage of proposed products and services
Build trust with customers that translates to long-term brand relationships
Provide accurate and complete contact information and schedule AT&T installation appointments in a timely manner
Answer all customer questions, troubleshoot any complaints, and always follow up to ensure customer satisfaction on all resolutions
Maintain current knowledge of all internet technology trends, products, procedures, services, and policies
Direct Sales Representative Requirements:
Complete training is provided but interest and being tech-savvy are appreciated!
Customer service experience preferred, but not required
High levels of motivation and focus in relation to achieving goals
Outstanding communication skills and active listening ability with various personality types
Ability to work independently when needed but always a strong collaborator in a team setting
