As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be the connection between AT&T wireless services and its valued customers, delivering exceptional service for solutions. This entry-level position offers development in customer care, product knowledge, and sales.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Work with customers directly to understand their wireless service needs and provide tailored solutions
- Address customer inquiries related to services, billing, account management, promotions of services, and support, providing timely, accurate responses.
- Resolve wireless service issues promptly for customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with tasks like wireless plan changes, upgrades, service additions, and general account inquiries.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of their services, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience or recommend additional products.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude and resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently to achieve first-contact resolution.
- Stay updated on AT&T's products, services, and troubleshooting methods while collaborating with sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
