Essential Functions
- Local and Global Leadership: Direct and mentor a diverse team of QA Testers across multiple time zones (Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore). You are the glue that keeps these teams synchronized and performance high
- Automation Architecture: Champion the transition to a "test-early, test-often" culture. You will oversee the development of robust, scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Maven, leveraging Jenkins to ensure seamless automated testing is integrated into every sprint.
- Strategic Documentation: In the world of Fintech, if it isn't documented, it didn't happen. You will lead the creation of comprehensive training paths, test plans, and strategy documents.
- Process Excellence: Utilize JIRA to its fullest potential—not just for bug tracking, but for workflow optimization, bottleneck identification, and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Communication Bridge: Function as the primary liaison between Product Development and Product Delivery teams. You must be able to translate technical requirements into plain English for non-technical leadership.

- Orchestration: JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr
- Automation: Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins
- Environment: API testing (Postman) and SQL

- Domain: Previous experience in Fintech, Banking, or highly regulated environments is a massive plus.
- Work is in the office in Kennesaw, GA.
