Manager Software QA

Strategic Link Consulting (SLC) is seeking a QA leader who thrives at the intersection of financial precision and cutting-edge automation. We are a fast-growing Fintech powerhouse in Metro Atlanta, looking for a Software QA Manager who doesn't just "check boxes" but builds firstclass quality ecosystems.

Essential Functions

• Local and Global Leadership: Direct and mentor a diverse team of QA Testers across multiple time zones (Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore). You are the glue that keeps these teams synchronized and performance high
• Automation Architecture: Champion the transition to a "test-early, test-often" culture. You will oversee the development of robust, scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Maven, leveraging Jenkins to ensure seamless automated testing is integrated into every sprint.
• Strategic Documentation: In the world of Fintech, if it isn't documented, it didn't happen. You will lead the creation of comprehensive training paths, test plans, and strategy documents.
• Process Excellence: Utilize JIRA to its fullest potential—not just for bug tracking, but for workflow optimization, bottleneck identification, and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Communication Bridge: Function as the primary liaison between Product Development and Product Delivery teams. You must be able to translate technical requirements into plain English for non-technical leadership.

Experience & Education Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership/management role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent "battle-tested" experience).
• Global Management: Proven experience managing offshore resources effectively.
• Domain: Previous experience in Fintech, Banking, or highly regulated environments is a massive plus.
