Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the daily operations of Sally’s Stay Awhile. Reporting directly to the General Manager, they will lead catering & event sales as well as private event sales. This position is responsible for creating unique sales strategies that are not only engaging but unique and inherently hospitable. They will supervise catering & event sales for large and small parties, work with the Strategic Hospitality team to manage financial performance, maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention, and prioritize the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, account management, and customer relationship skills
- Expertise in market analysis, campaign development, and promotional strategy
- Proven management and leadership skills to build and guide a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and performance tracking systems
- Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with team members in Nashville, TN
- Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
