Role Description The Associate Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bethesda, MD. This role supports senior advisors in delivering holistic financial planning services, including gathering and analyzing client data, preparing financial plans, and assisting with recommendations across insurance, investments, retirement, and estate planning considerations. The Associate Financial Advisor will participate in client meetings, help document action items, follow up on implementation steps, and maintain accurate records in firm systems. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on financial products and strategies, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with internal team members and external partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm guidelines. The role also involves contributing to business development activities by supporting marketing efforts and helping nurture long-term client relationships.
