Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service and support for our industrial equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to analyze complex issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our equipment in the oil field environments.
Duties
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, ensuring functionality and safety related to PSV's, Burner Management Systems, Control Valves, Level Controllers, Thief Hatches and other oil field related equipment.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience in oilfield service is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on low voltage electrical systems is also a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with analyzing technical problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Previous experience related to oilfield maintenance is a plus, demonstrating hands-on expertise in maintaining production equipment.
