About the Role
- Develop and deliver sales training programs for new and existing sales representatives
- Own the onboarding and ramp-up process for new sales hires
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and process documentation
- Establish standards for sales presentations, customer interactions, proposals, estimates, and follow-up processes
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance development
- Reinforce sales methodologies and accountability across the organization
- Support new market and location launches through training and process implementation
- Partner with leadership to improve sales effectiveness, consistency, and results
Qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Enablement Specialist, Sales Coach, or similar training-focused role
- Proven ability to create and implement sales processes, training and onboarding initiatives
- Strong coaching, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience developing sales playbooks, methodologies, and performance standards
- Ability to influence, motivate, and develop sales professionals at all levels
- Home Services, In-Home Sales, Roofing, Solar, or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Candidates with sales management experience will be considered if training, coaching, onboarding, and process development have been major responsibilities
