The Role
They're bringing on a Regional Sales Manager in Reading, PA to lead a team of 10–15 in-home sales reps. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be coaching, developing, and holding your team accountable to meaningful performance metrics while also helping shape what this market looks like long-term.

What You'll Own
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10–15 in-home sales reps
- Drive performance across key KPIs: average ticket size, close rates, profit margins, and installed revenue
