This role partners closely with operations leadership and is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and business analysis.
Responsibilities
• Lead monthly close and financial reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee cost accounting and inventory controls
• Partner with operations leaders to improve performance and profitability
• Lead and develop an accounting team
Qualifications
• 7 years of accounting and finance experience
• Plant Controller, Assistant Controller, Operations Controller, or similar leadership experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, construction materials, building products, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
• CPA or CMA preferred
