- Build relationships with construction professionals and uncover pain points
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, negotiations, contracts
- Develop territory plans and grow pipeline with data-driven prospecting
- Deliver compelling product demos that showcase workflow efficiency
- Position yourself as a trusted expert in the industry
- 1 years in construction (preferably Project Management)
- 1 years in sales (preferably Account Executive for a B2B or B2C SaaS product)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, InfoMetaBase
- Experience managing costs/change orders at mid-sized contractors
- Competitive pay with uncapped commission
- Remote-first flexibility with client travel (1-2x per month)
