Our client, a SaaS company in the legal tech space, is seeking a Staff Backend Software Engineer to join their growing team. Ideal candidates will bring 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development. They are open to individuals with mixed tech stack backgrounds, but experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems is a must.


Term: Full Time


Location: NYC or Austin, TX (hybrid, 2 days in office) - also open to remote work outside of these areas


Compensation: Up to $210k


Desired Qualifications:

  • 8 years of software engineering experience, backend focus
  • Experience leading software development projects
  • Tech-agnostic, experience with Java, Python, C#, or similar, is preferred
  • Ability to strategize with UI teams as needed
  • Excellent communication skills are a must

Salary : $210,000
