Must Haves
- 5 years of professional experience programming with Python and Django or Flask
- Strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous network communication, including REST APIs and distributed messaging systems
- Well versed in Docker containerization
- Experience working within a live production AWS environment (Lambdas, DNS, SQS, SNS, ECS, EKS, S3, etc)
- Understanding of PostgreSQL or similar (SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, etc)
- Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and/or software-based models and simulations of physical systems
- Data engineering experience including batch, stream processing, and data transformation
- Interest in working within IoT or green energy mission oriented domains
