Account Executive (SDR) – Hybrid, New York, NY
Our client is an AI-driven enterprise SaaS platform used by large enterprises and fast-growing organizations. The company is early-stage (Series A) and building out its sales organization.
About the Role
This is an outbound-focused SDR role responsible for generating qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team. Most of your calls (about 80%) will be cold outreach, and the rest will go to prospects who have already engaged with marketing.
You’ll be calling technical decision-makers such as CTOs and VPs of Technology to book discovery meetings. You’ll also build your own prospect lists, qualify leads before handing them to an AE, and keep all activity documented in HubSpot. The role has a clear path into AE, Team Lead, or other GTM positions.
Location / Schedule / Compensation
- New York, NY (hybrid, 2–3 days per week in office)
- Full-time
- Base salary up to $75K, with $115K OTE. Commission is based on meetings set and on meetings that convert into opportunities.

Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or a related GTM role
- High-volume cold calling experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working within structured sales processes
- SaaS, cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance exposure is a plus
Salary : $75,000 - $115,000
