Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for coordinating work across business and technical teams
- Translate requests into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Manage Jira backlogs, priorities, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Create and maintain documentation (process flows, workflows, user stories, diagrams, data definitions)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience working directly with stakeholders in complex environments
- Ability to align on definitions, set expectations, and communicate timelines clearly
- Strong ownership of delivery tracking, execution, and documentation using Jira and Confluence
- Exposure to enterprise-scale or regulated environments a plus
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
