A well-established commercial landscape company is hiring a Branch Manager. You will step into full P&L ownership, lead a team of Account Managers and crews, and run day-to-day branch operations with real autonomy.
What you'll do: Own budget and P&L for the branch, lead and develop Account Managers and crew personnel, oversee scheduling and routing for landscape maintenance and snow removal services, manage vendor and client relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards across all job sites.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an Branch or Account/Client Manager in landscape maintenance
- Experience overseeing budget and P&L
- Experience overseeing care of equipment, vehicles, and other assets
- Team management including hiring, firing, mentoring, performance evaluation, etc.
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Active Colorado QS license
- Additional certifications like Department of Agriculture Certified Operator, BMP, CLT, CMT, etc.
