Compensation:$22.00 - $24.00 per hourSchedule:Monday - Friday1:00pm - 7:00pmLocation:7816 Harford Rd., Parkville, MD 21234Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients. Dispatch contracted delivery drivers promptly based on customer requests. Accurately input data into SDS systems to ensure data integrity and generate reliable reports for both internal and customer use. Consistently meet or exceed established service levels and performance expectations. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, Dispatch Manager, and drivers in the field. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Dispatch Manager. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of previous experience in a customer service or call center role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with a commitment to completing tasks from start to finish, including necessary follow-up. Ability to adhere to company policies and departmental procedures consistently.
