We are hiring a Fire Alarm Service Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Raleigh, NC. The Fire Alarm Service Technician will perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems to ensure functionality and compliance with regulations. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, diagnosing and resolving system issues, interacting with customers to address inquiries, and performing scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. This position requires consistent attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong Maintenance & Repair skills with the ability to keep fire alarm systems in optimal condition
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues efficiently
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site system assessments and resolutions
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide solutions professionally
• Understanding of compliance standards and regulations in fire safety systems
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in fire safety systems or similar technical fields is highly desirable
