Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Government Catalog Manager to support and manage all aspects of Strategic’s ITES-4H catalog, and GSA schedules. This will include new schedule offers, modifications (technical and price), securing Letters of Supply (LOS), contractor assessments and audits. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with deep experience in GSA MAS (or similar IDIQ/GWAC) schedules, and FAR/DFARS compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and proven experience guiding businesses through government procurement processes while maximizing contract performance and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 20% of the time. The work environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are reasonable. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and administer our ITES-4H catalog, GSA MAS Schedule or similar contract schedules, supporting sales and assisting with compliance reporting in government systems
- Lead the development, submission, and negotiation of GSA Schedule proposals and contract modifications
- Responsible for periodic updates to product and service schedules, catalogs and pricelists associated with our various contracts, including but not limited to the GSA Advantage website
- Serve as primary POC for GSA Annual Contractor Assessments and applicable audits.
- Provide strategic guidance on GSA Schedule pricing and SIN management
- Conduct detailed market research to identify contract growth opportunities and competitive pricing strategies
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with GSA contracting teams, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Stay current with federal acquisition trends and policy updates to proactively support client compliance and competitiveness
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align contract strategy with business goals
- Assist with maintaining and updating entity registrations (e.g., SAM.gov), NAICS codes, and certifications.
- Review of solicitations to assist with responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications encompassing both products and services
- Offer support and mentorship to less experienced sales support or business unit team members
- Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges that may impact the company adversely
- Manage, support, and streamline daily work activities to ensure seamless compliance with corporate, contract, federal and other legal requirements
- Coordinate various types of agreements, subcontracts, and other contract/program support documents effectively with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders
- Creating reports for Account Managers and Sales Management, End‐of‐Life/End‐of‐Sales monitoring/reporting, ad hoc duties as assigned
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience with government catalog or GSA Schedule management
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, may be substituted for relevant experience.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition policies.
- Proven experience in GSA Schedule and Reporting platforms (e.g., eMod/eOffer, GSA Advantage, FAS, SIP, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, ERP, and CRM systems. Must possess high to expert level Excel and Word skills.
- Proficiency in Tableau preferred
- CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) preferred
