We’re looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented Social Media Community Manager to act as a brand advocate and strategic driver of Strategic Coach’s social presence.


This role goes beyond posting content. You’ll build and grow a strategic, consistent, and high-impact social media ecosystem that drives meaningful engagement, expands our reach, strengthens our community, and contributes directly to lead generation and business growth.


You’ll create engaging content, launch campaigns, and actively engage with our online communities to create fans, deepen relationships, and convert attention into qualified leads and clients. You’ll work alongside our marketing and design teams to create compelling content that aligns with company goals and delivers measurable results.


The position is for you if you are:

  • A natural storyteller who can take the Strategic Coach narrative to different platforms, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand and contributes to a larger strategic objective.
  • A self-starter with “batteries included” who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, deadline-driven environment and takes full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Excited to be the go-to person responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and performance of Strategic Coach’s social platforms and community app.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively across teams, communicates clearly, and brings forward new ideas and opportunities without needing to be asked.
  • Someone who pays serious attention to detail and is highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and a high volume of posts through a detailed posting schedule, while maintaining consistency and quality across all channels.
  • Someone who has a passion for entrepreneurship and is excited to listen, engage, and build an active, loyal, and engaged community around our brand.
  • Someone who can navigate competing priorities, evolving ideas, and high-pressure situations with clarity and composure.


You should also have:

  • At least five years of experience in the social media marketing space.
  • The ability to navigate the social media space and knowledge of the tools it takes to post and measure effectively (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, ManyChat).
  • Experience growing, cultivating, and engaging online communities with demonstrated, measurable results (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Strong visual intelligence and general knowledge of design that moves audiences to take action, paired with a sharp understanding of what makes content compelling, relevant, shareable, and brand consistent.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage information with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • University degree or college diploma in communications, digital marketing, marketing, social media, or journalism.
  • Comfort analyzing performance metrics and using data-driven insights to continuously improve content and strategy.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Building, managing, and growing Strategic Coach’s social media profiles/platforms on Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram, as well as our community app (exclusively created for our clients)
  • Developing and executing a clear, consistent, and results-driven social media strategy aligned with marketing goals. You won’t just be posting content, but ensuring every initiative has purpose and impact.
  • Aligning social content with our unique culture; capturing our voice, wisdom, and perspective; and creating high-performing content across all channels with the help of our design team.
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing promotion calendars and posting schedules that ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment.
  • Monitoring, facilitating, and engaging in conversations online to build relationships, strengthen community, and position Strategic Coach as a leader in the entrepreneurial coaching space.
  • Exploring new opportunities to engage our audience and adapting quickly to shifting trends and marketplace needs.
  • Capturing meaningful content with clients online or at in-person workshops or events. 
  • Increasing engagement and relevancy of our community app (designed exclusively for Strategic Coach clients). 
  • Tracking, measuring, and analyzing our social imprint and optimizing performance based on insights to drive engagement, growth, and conversions.

  • A consistent and well-executed social media presence across all platforms, with regular posting, strong engagement, and steady audience growth.
  • An active, engaged community where entrepreneurs connect, interact, and take action.
  • Content that is clearly aligned with our brand and messaging, and measurably contributes to lead generation and conversions.
