Job Summary:
The COO is responsible for leading the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance in the production and distribution of rifles. Acts as the right-hand to the Board, implementing operational and commercial strategies, and supervising multidisciplinary teams to achieve growth and innovation goals.
American citizenship is mandatory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Oversee production, product development, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to firearm manufacturing and sales.
- Optimize processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Manage operational budgets and control costs.
- Lead teams across operations, engineering, quality, logistics, sales, and finance.
- Ensure high standards of safety and legal compliance in manufacturing and distribution.
- Collaborate with other executive areas to define strategic goals and implement innovative projects.
- Monitor operational performance indicators and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational leadership roles, specifically within manufacturing or firearms industry—particularly rifles.
- Knowledge of ATF regulations and other relevant standards.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Business skills across civilian, military, and government markets.
