Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a State Farm Insurance Sales Manager, based in Memphis, TN, with flexibility to work remotely part-time. Responsibilities include overseeing insurance sales operations, developing and managing sales strategies, building and training a high-performing sales team, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The Sales Manager will also monitor performance metrics, enhance financial planning frameworks, and ensure organizational growth through a structured approach.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance practices
- Strong background in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Experience in Finance and financial planning, with an ability to create scalable revenue systems
- Demonstrated skills in Team Management, leadership, and training for high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience with State Farm or a related insurance organization is a plus
